For Pineapple

For Whipped Cream Cheese Yogurt

cream cheese

natural yogurt

Instructions
For the Pineapple
Peel the pineapple.
Mix all of the other ingredients together, place everything into the bag, to be put into the vacuum, to seal the bag.
Seal and cook sous vide at 185°F for 12 hours.
For Whipped Cream Cheese Yogurt
Beat all the ingredients together until smooth and silky, set in the fridge overnight.
Build the dish and top with the crushed ginger biscuits
.
